BLACK FRIDAY
Orders placed during Black Friday month of November are experiencing longer dispatch times as we work our way through the backlog of orders. Please remember that we are a family business with a small team trying to make orders and dispatch.
CHRISTMAS
Please be aware that any orders placed after 1st December are not guaranteed for christmas delivery. We are almost on top of the Black Friday backlog and took the decision as a buisness to restrict orders during December to allow us time to catch-up
PLEASE ALLOW UPTO 20 WORKING DAYS FOR YOU TO RECEIVE YOUR ORDER BEFORE FILING A CHARGEBACK OR PAYPAL CASE
We are not Amazon and therefore cannot provide next working day delivery or end to end tracking. We may not be able to respond to all emails, messages communications however we do see the notifications left on social media calling us out and we can only apologies for the delay in you receiving your order.
Please note that if you raise a charge back with your bank or through paypal and don't close the case/chargeback when the goods are delivered we will be sending out solicitors letters to reclaim money that has been refunded for goods that have been delivered to you. This is essentially fraud and is damaging to the business when tracking shows the goods have been delivered.
All overseas orders have a fully completed CN22 label applied to the back of the order. This is to comply with customs regulations, unfortunately sometimes countries will apply an import charge once the package lands in your country. Paracord Buddy UK aren’t liable for any charges that may be applied to your order once they have left our warehouse in the UK. If your order is returned to us as charges were not paid then we will only refund the cost of your items only and no refund will be issued for shipping charges incurred.
Sometimes we encounter a backlog and if your order is going to be delayed we shall issue an email explaining this. Your order confirmation will be emailed to you once your order has been received. Tracked Orders:
Once a tracked order has been shipped you will receive a copy of your tracking number via email along with a link of where to track your item
Non-Tracked Orders:
No tracking is available with non-tracked orders and arrival times may vary. Your order won't be insured when the item isn't tracked and Paracord Buddy UK are not liable for missing orders
